Jim Travis 04/03/1963 - 08/19/2025
Jim passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 in Trenton while on Hospice. He was born in Chicago, IL to Eldred James Travis and Janie Travis on April 3, 1963.
He married Theresa McCaddon on January 13, 2001 in Camden, TN. Jim is also survived by his daughter, Krystine Marie Ware of Clarksville; friend and brother since 5 years old, Tony Bartow of Camden, TN; loving and caring caretaker, Christy Baughman of Trenton, TN; aunts, uncles and several cousins in Arkansas, Tennessee and Chicago. He has so many friends both here in Tennessee and in Illinois.
Jim attended Northwestern College in IL for computer science. He worked for State Farm, 3Com, UGN and lastly Jackson Madison County General Hospital where he unfortunately had to leave due to health reasons.
Jim was a baptized Catholic but followed his faith by being a devout Christian.
Jim was a loving and caring husband, dad and loyal friend who are missing him very much.
At his request, there are no services scheduled at this time. A celebration of life will be held for friends and family to share stories and memories of Jim at a later date. We plan on having the Celebration of Life at a beautiful park near our home.
