Jimmie Eaton, 75 of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2024. A member of the US Army, and raised on farms in Polk County, TN. He was a man of Faith who loved his family and cats. He was a well known and loved mechanic in the Cleveland, TN area for many years.
Jimme is preceded in death by his wife Gail Boring Eaton, father; Archie Eaton, mother; Lena Eaton Williams, brothers Charles Eaton, Cecil Eaton, John Eaton, Lonnie Eaton, Wayne Eaton, Larry Eaton and sisters Mary Eaton Harold, Katherine Eaton Ellis, and Viola Eaton Perian.
With fond memories to cherish, he leaves behind his brother; Henry Eaton, two daughters; Michelle Eaton Johnson and Fronisa Eaton Lawson, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Receiving of friends and a short memorial service will take place from 1-2:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN.
