Mr Jimmie Kendall "Ken" Jones

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jimmie Kendall "Ken" Jones, who died on November 7, 2025.
Born on October 8, 1955 to Jimmie and Augusta Jones, Ken was a devoted husband, dad, Papa, and a cherished member of his community. Known for his warm smile and generous spirit, he never met a stranger and exemplified a servant's heart. A hard worker and true salt-of-the-earth man, Ken was a trusted friend and the kind of person who would genuinely give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
In his personal time, he loved riding his Harley with his friends and spending time with his family and his fiercely protective dog, Jack. He was also an active and committed member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
Above all, Ken was a devoted family man, taking immense pride and joy in his family and their accomplishments. His gentle and kind presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Shelia G. Jones, his children Karmen(Adam) Crawford, Eric (Anya) Jones as well as his cherished grandchildren Mason Crawford, Kendall Jones, Isla Crawford, and Taylor Jones. He also leaves behind his brother, Richie (Mary) and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, November 10th from 5-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 11th. Both will be held at Walnut Grove Baptist Church. The service will be led by Bro. Mark Mayo. Pallbearers will be Bob Gilmer, Paul Hogue, Thad Humphries, Dr. Doug Perry, Michael Putnam, and Heath Strickland.
Honorary pallbearers are Ronald Allen, Barry Ellis, Brad Green, Greg Perry, Phil Seymer, and Lynn Torrence.
Until we see you again at the pearly gates, Sunshine, you will forever be in our hearts.
