Jimmie Dee Pullin III, beloved husband, father, son, and friend, passed away peacefully at home in Norfolk, Virginia, on May 5, 2025, at the age of 46.
Born on March 19, 1979, in Dallas, Texas, Jimmie proudly served in the United States Navy for 18 years as an electrician. His commitment and humor made a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Jimmie had a deep love for history and dreamed of becoming an archaeologist. He spent countless hours watching documentaries and sharing his passion for the past with friends and family. He was also an avid sports fan who rarely missed a football or soccer game.
Known for his unfiltered honesty and sharp sense of humor, Jimmie had a gift for making people laugh. His presence was powerful, his heart generous, and his laughter unforgettable.
Jimmie is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Pullin; his children, Alexander, Xavier, and Nya Pullin; his mother, Elizabeth Sarah Perez; his sisters, Rachel Washburn and Amy Pullin;his grandmother, Sybil Pullin; and his nieces and nephews: Sarah Sanchez, Mark Pullin, Jose Sanchez Jr., and Ethan Pullin.
A memorial gathering will be held in Dallas, Texas, where loved ones will come together to honor and celebrate his life.
Forever in our hearts.

I only knew Mr. Pullin for a short while. He was a nice man and had me laughing so much during one of our conversations. It saddens me to know that he is gone from this earth but I smile as I know he is no longer in pain and is with our heavenly father. Mrs. Pullin, you and the children are in my prayers.
