He worked at the Chattanooga Glass Company, Huntington Ingalls and later at Gulfport Port Authority.
He departed this earth on March 17, 2023. He served as President of the Save 33rd High School Project.
He enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Atlanta Braves, frying turkeys for Family and Friends during the Holidays.
Jimmie was preceded in death by with his Parents L.N. and Addie Lee Woulard, his brother James Weathersby and wife Daisy Woulard.
He leaves to cherish his memory, His Lovely two daughters: Toni McBride, of Biloxi, MS and Samantha Woullard of Gautier, MS. Three Grandchildren and Three Great Grandchildren, One brother Clarence (Mary) Woulard, Sr. of Gulfport, Three sisters, Helen (Joseph) Woulard of Florida, Ruthie Lee Woulard and Deborah (William) Wright both of Gulfport, MS., A Very Special Friend, Edith Hooker of Gulfport, MS, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
