Jimmy DeLano Obituary

Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers, Kenny and William DeLano. He is survived by his siblings, Terry DeLano, Clarence DeLano, and Pamela (Chuck) Coleman; sister-in-law, Elizabeth DeLano; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
After over 35 years of dedicated service, Jimmy retired from Michigan Bell, where he worked as a lineman. He also honorably served his country in the United States Navy, a role he held with great pride.
Jimmy loved spending time outdoors and was meticulous in tending to his yard, a reflection of his appreciation for nature and simple joys.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held at a later date, with details to be announced.

Gosh Jimmy and I go way back, such a sweetheart, had a great group of friends and always enjoyed our visits which unfortunately haven´t been much in the past few years, god speed my friend

I´m saddened to hear of the passing of Jim. I worked with Jim while at Michigan Bell. He was a great guy. He always was fun to be around and have a laugh with.

To the family of Jim...I am so very sorry for your loss. I am shocked and saddened by Jim´s passing. He was a wonderful neighbor. We had many talks...over the fence....alway starting with a "hey you ...how you doing today " He was so kind, generous and always had a compliment to put a smile on your face. I will miss knowing he is ...just next door.
