Jo Annette Lopez

JULIET, TN - Jo Annette Lopez, 62 of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, and formerly of Fortville, passed away on November 25, 2022, at Community Heart & Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on June 5, 1960, in Greenfield to James E. and Mary Jo Apple. Annette graduated from Mt. Vernon High School, Fortville, IN in 1978. She later attended Indiana Central University. Annette was currently a contractor with Indiana Aircraft Hardware. She was an active distributor for Young Living Essential Oils. She married Raul Lopez on April 9, 2001.
Annette was a strong woman of faith; she was a current member of Generations of Grace church in Lebanon, Tennessee where she sang on the worship team and worked in The Faith Store. She also attended Brandywine Community Church in Greenfield, Indiana. Annette served in the (GIAEC) Greater Indianapolis Area Emmaus Community, participated with Worship City and prayer events in Nashville, TN, and performed administrative duties for many other ministries. Annette enjoyed sewing and making costumes for her family's Biblical Drama ministry. She loved cooking and baking for any event. Above all else, she cherished her Lord Jesus, and time spent with family and friends.
Annette is survived by her husband, Raul Lopez of Mt. Juliet, TN; daughter, Amy Lopez of Mt. Juliet; sons, Benjamin Zeitz of Defiance, OH; Joshua (Mitzi) Zeitz of Lebanon, TN; JJ Zeitz of Coldwater, MI; mother, Mary Jo Apple of Mt. Juliet; brother, Mark (Nora) Apple of Greenfield; sister, Beth (Bryce) Fox of Lebanon, TN; grandchildren; McKayla Zeitz, Braylen Zeitz, Moriah Zeitz, Isaiah Zeitz, Josiah Zeitz, Layla Zeitz; uncles, James McFarland; Jerry McFarland; Sergio Graham; aunt, Suzanne (Joe) Lomeli grandmother, Socorro Graham. Annette is preceded in death by her father, James Apple; grandson, Brantley Zeitz; brother: Jeff Apple; and sister-In-law: Andrea Apple.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Brandywine Community Church 1551 E. New Rd., Greenfield, In 46140. A Celebration of Life service will follow visitation at 6:00pm. Burial will take place at a later date at Gravel Lawn Cemetery in Fortville.
