Mrs. Ferrell was born in Queens, New York, the daughter of the late Arthur and Lucille Miller McGuirk. She was a member of the Catholic Church of the Resurrection, member of the USO and the Columbiettes. Mrs. Ferrell was a retired school teacher in New York City.
Surviving are two children: Richard Ryan and wife Deborah of Conway, SC and Mary Ann Ryan of McKinney, TX.Six grandchildren: Robert, Brianna, Anthony, Joseph, John-David and Whitney. 13 1/2 Great Grandchildren.
One brother Tom McGuirk and one sister Lucille Weidner both of New York. Mrs. Ferrell was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Catholic Church of the Resurrection, Loris SC.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel.
