Joan Franklin Obituary

Joan was born on February 29, 1944 to the late Thomas and Lillian O'Neill of Providence, Rhode Island. She was an amazing mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She was a member of DAV Auxiliary and a KY Colonel. Joan had an Irish soul like no other.
Preceded in death by her parents, sister Judith.
Survived by her loving husband Ray Franklin, children Lisa Collins (Stephen), Mark and Scott Franklin, grandchildren, Crystal (Collins) Joiner, Stephen R. Collins(Skye), Chase Franklin, Kaci Franklin, great-grandchildren Grace Joiner and Stephen Killian Collins.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday March 26, 2025 from 4 - 8pm at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
