Joan Hall Obituary
She was born in Dallas, Texas, on March 12, 1958, the sole daughter of Willie Theo and Florence Lorraine James.
She lived almost the entirety of her life in close proximity to Lindale.
In addition to John, she leaves a brother, Walter F. James; nieces Jessica James and Alta O'Connor; grandniece Anna Etheridge and her husband, Evan; grandniece Lilly James; grandniece Olyvia Pride; grandnephew Griffon James; and great-grandnieces Harper Lorraine James and Delilah June Marie James.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by Anna Lorraine James, a niece.
She was a published author, producing primarily novels of suspense and mystery. She loved cats, and she adored the Beatles, particularly George.
She is greatly loved; she is sorely missed.

I'm so crushed,but I know she's In a better place rest in peace my sweet Aunt Joan you'll be missed but by faith we'll see one another again I hope you're up there with Florence and Willie and baby. Anna Lorraine looking down from above adding to my guardian angels may you never be far,and I'll see you there
