Joan Hall Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Saul Colonial Home on Mar. 9, 2026.
Joan B. Hall, 85, of Hamilton, NJ, will be lovingly remembered and celebrated after her passing on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Capital Health Regional Medical Center at Fuld in Trenton, NJ. Born on November 23, 1940, in Mt. Holly, NJ, Joan was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. Raised in Florence, she graduated from William McFarland High School in 1958 before moving to Hamilton in 1963, where she devoted herself to her family and the community.

Joan dedicated 25 years to AAA Trucking as an office clerk and later became a valued member of JEVIC Transportation until her retirement. Her career journey was marked by her dependability and warm spirit, which endeared her to colleagues and friends alike.

Beyond her professional life, Joan cherished the time spent with her family and friends, especially on vacations and cruises filled with laughter and joy. A true lover of life, she found delight in the bright lights of Atlantic City, where she enjoyed playing the slots with friends and enjoying the sounds of her cherished country music. Her profound love for animals was evident in the care she provided to her beloved cats and family dogs, reflecting her nurturing spirit. Joan will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her, her legacy continuing to shine brightly through her family and friends.

Joan was predeceased by her beloved husband, John W. Hall, Sr., and her two step-sons, Stephen A. Hall and John W. Hall, as well as her brothers, Waryne Beaumeister and William Burmeister. She is survived by her daughter, Constance "Connie" M. Callery, and her husband, James, of Hamilton; her step-daughter, Carol J. Hall of Robbinsville; her step-son, William "Billy" Hall of Hamilton; her brother, Albert Furth of Florida; her cherished grandchildren, Ryan, Kayla, Stephanie, Nicholas, and Vincent; and countless special nieces and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts.

Family and friends will gather to honor Joan's life and legacy on Sunday, March 29, 2026. A Memorial Gathering will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ, followed by a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 4:00 p.m. This will be a time to share stories, reminisce on cherished memories, and celebrate the remarkable life of a truly extraordinary woman.

Cremation was private in keeping with Joan's wishes.
