RICHFORD - Joan F. Levick, age 65, passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, June 1st, 2025.
She was born March 17th, 1960, in St. Albans, VT to the late John & Barbara (Bushey) Boylan.
Joan married the love of her life, Alan Levick at the Crossing in Richford, VT, on October 30th, 2010.
Joan was known for her strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to her family. She had a boundless love for the simple joys in life including Karaoke, four-wheeling adventures, sitting by the river, teaching her grandchildren how to ride a bike and anything artistic. She had a passion for lawn saling and could often be seen sitting on the front porch, enjoying the company of loved ones and her grandchildren, who she loved dearly.
A devoted mother and grandmother, Joan found joy in gathering with her family, and baking treats for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching her boys' softball games and going fishing. Her heart was large, and her family will forever hold dear the memories they created together.
Joan is survived by her husband, Alan Levick; children, Paul "PJ" LaFromboise and his wife Shirley, Sara Goewey and her husband, Adan Hassan, Adam LaFromboise, Chad LaFromboise and his wife Desiree, Amanda Byers and her husband Michael, Jeremy Levick and his significant other Mary Lee, Josh Levick and his significant other Angel Goldsmith, Jordy Levick, and Courtney Levick; many grandchildren whom she loved dearly; siblings, Grace Martin and her significant other Pete Combs, Sylvia Button, Kathy Berger and her husband Andre, Lauretta Martin and her husband Raymond, John Boylan and his wife Mary, Rose Wood and her significant other, Will Oldenburg, and Allan Boylan and his significant other Sherrie Walker; special friends, Lori Johnson, Tina Beauregard, and Jessika Goewey; and several nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, Joan was predeceased by her sister, Esther Boomhower; nephew, Tony Boylan; niece, Erina Munch; and brother-in-law, Rodney Wood.
Friends & family are invited to Joan's life celebration on Thursday, June 12th, 2025, to include visitation from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM followed with a funeral service at 1:00 PM at the Goss-Spears Life Celebration Home, 96 Dickinson Avenue, Enosburg Falls, VT. Interment will follow at the Richford Center Cemetery, South Richford Road, Richford, VT. A reception will follow at the American Legion, 35 River Street, Richford, VT.
The family is asking attendees to please bring a dish to contribute if you are able to.
