Joan Miller Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
Joan was born on May 23, 1929, to parents Walter and Anna (nee Ranke) Eschenbach. She was united in marriage to Harold H. Miller on December 1, 1951.
Joan is survived by her three daughters, Kathleen (Gene) Schnagl, Nancy (Bill) Stemper and Barbara (Rob) Mertz; seven grandchildren, Katie Luedtke, Bobby (Alicia) Stemper, Lauren (John) Hally, Kristina (Cole) Twing and Danny (Alisa) Stemper, Jenna Mertz, and Abby Mertz; fourteen great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Carleen Eschenbach. She is further survived by other loved relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Harold Miller; parents, Walter and Anna Eschenbach; siblings, Lois French and Walter Eschenbach.
A Memorial Mass for Joan will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at St. Kilian Catholic Church (264 W. State St., Hartford, WI 53027). Family will greet relatives and friends from 10:00 a.m. until the start of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Private burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joan's name are appreciated to St. Kilian Catholic Church.
