Haisley Funeral and Cremation Service Tribute Center - Port Saint LucieJoan P. Hahn, 88, of Port St. Lucie, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026.
Born on May 18, 1937, in Passaic, NJ, Joan was the beloved daughter of Albert and Margaret Paino.
Joan was a cherished wife, mother, and grandmother who was deeply loved for her warm and caring personality. She loved with a big heart and spent a lifetime intentionally keeping in touch with family and friends through regular phone calls and visits. Nothing gave her greater joy than hearing about her grandsons. She was their biggest fan, proudly supporting their music and sports activities.
Joan enjoyed living in the Oleander Pines community in Port St. Lucie, where she formed many wonderful friendships while planning monthly ladies’ luncheons. She also took great pleasure in welcoming new neighbors as a dedicated member of the Welcome Wagon.
She graduated from Miami Senior High School in Miami, where she was a member of the service club Little Women. Following high school, Joan began her career with Eastern Air Lines. She later advanced to become a supervisor in human resources and served as a flight attendant recruiter.
On November 28, 1959, she married Milton “Bud” Hahn. Together they shared 66 devoted years of marriage, building a life centered on love and family.
Joan is survived by her loving husband, Bud, of Port St. Lucie, FL; her daughter, Tami Phillips; son-in-law, Clifton Phillips, of Burke, VA; her grandsons, Thomas Phillips of Burke, VA, and Christopher Phillips of Ashland, Ohio; and her sisters, Margaret Mackalonis of Mt. Laurel, NJ, and Carol Pharmer of Miami, FL.
A funeral service will be held at Haisley Funeral Home, 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL, on February 25, 2026, with visitation at 12:00 PM and the service at 1:00 PM.

Joan’s legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to family and friends will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
