Age 83, of Marblehead, Entered Eternal Rest on May 26, 2025. Devoted wife of Dr. Murry Rich. Dear daughter of the late Ida (Leamon) and Jacob Pekin. Beloved mother of Laura and Leon Pflaster, and Joel and Elana Rich. Adored grandmother of Marielle, Alec, and Madison Pflaster; David Rich; and Emily and Jacob Levin-Rich. Loving sister of Bobby and Zvi Galani, and Ellen and Robert Gordon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Services at Congregation Shirat Hayam, 55 Atlantic Avenue, Swampscott, on Thursday, May 29, at 11:00 AM. Interment at Shirat Hayam (Temple Israel Section) Cemetery, Peabody. Condolence calls may be made following the interment at Congregation Shirat Hayam in Swampscott, it will continue at her late residence on Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Congregation Shirat Hayam, the Juvenile Aid Scholarship Organization: www.juvenileaid.org, or the Abbot Public Library: www.abbotlibraryfoundation.org.
