Joan worked various jobs to help support the family and put her children through private school. Her hobbies included exercising her creativity through flower arranging, drawing, and treating each new house as a blank canvas.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lucy Kocsis; her beloved husband, Albert Sangorska; and daughter-in-law, Diana Pfieffer. She is survived by her children, Tim Pfieffer, Cariann Chambers, and Paul Sangorska (Carrie), and her seven grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Ebensberger Fisher Funeral Home, Boerne, TX.
The Funeral will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the Currey Creek Church Stone Chapel at 35 Cascade Caverns Rd. Boerne, TX 78015.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries at 38 Cascade Cavern, Boerne, TX 78015 in Joan's memory.
