Mom- You were such a beautiful soul and no words could describe how much you are missed, your love, your laugh, your kindness. We should have had more time together. I love you endlessly, until we meet again. You´re always in my heart.

My deepest condolences to my cousins who have lost their Wife, Mom, Sister and Grandma. Joan was always so kind to me as a child and continued to be a mentor to me in my adulthood. We shared the same struggles with our health, both having Lupus. Joan was that quiet voice of comfort when needed during difficult times. I will always cherish her discretion of conversations with genuine love and kindness. She always included me and my family for important family events. Her immediate family will always be held in my heart, and I will always be there for them in any capacity I can offer. Thank you for loving me like a closer member of your family and not just a distant cousin. I will cherish our time together for as long as I live. God speed dear cousin. I miss you so much. Sending love and light to your memory, always. Love, Renée Swanson and Family.

Joan there are no words to express how much we miss you. We had so many good memories together. I will never forget our yearly Christmas shopping spree at Freckled Frog. It saddens me that you had so little time with that new granddaughter Kinsley, but I know you will be looking down on her ever growing life. My dear sister-in-law the tears just keep pouring may you rest in peace until we meet again.
