Joan Wehner Obituary
Joan worked as an administrative assistant at Riverview Medical Center for 45 years. She sang in the St Mary's choir for 50 years and always looked forward to singing on Christmas Eve Midnight Mass. She could always be found in her kitchen cooking away or sitting at her kitchen table with family or friends. What she loved most about life was having her house filled with the ones she loved.
Surviving are Eight Children, Walter (Louanne) Wehner, Joseph (Joyce) Wehner,Denise Wehner-Larson (Ron)John (Colleen) Wehner, Michael (Dawn) Wehner, Daniel (Robin) Wehner, Steven (Luis) Wehner, Robert (Michele) Wehner; twenty-one Grandchildren; thirty-three Great Grandchildren; one Great-Great Grandchild, and siblings, Buddy Pavloski and Louise Kalinovich.
Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Wehner; sisters, Rita and Marie; and parents Stanley and Victoria Pavloski.
A Funeral Mass will be offered Monday, November 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Mary Mother of God Church, 19 Cherry Tree Farm Rd., New Monmouth.
Burial will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.
In lieu of flowers please consider a contribution in Joan's name to the Ronald McDonald House.
Arrangements are under the direction of John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
