Joann Foltz Obituary
She was born August 8, 1943 in Winchester, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Melvin Ivon Kump and Vivian Miller Kump.
She was a 1961 graduate of James Wood High School, a dishwasher in the Frederick County School System, and a member of the Christian Church at High View, West Virginia.
On July 7, 1962 she married Bradley Tidon Foltz, who survives.

One sister –
Carol Shafer of Edinburg, VA
Two grandchildren –
Derek and Tyler
She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
A private service was held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 29 at Kimble Funeral Home in Paw Paw with Doug Munson officiating.
Interment was at Camp Hill Cemetery.
