JoAnn Roland Scurti

SCURTI---Mrs. JoAnn Roland Scurti, age 86 of Orange Park, FL passed away on Wednesday October 22, 2025. JoAnn was born May 27, 1939 in Rochelle, GA, one of 14 children born to Rufus Roland and Martha Mullis Roland.
JoAnn was predeceased by her loving husband Frederick Scurti and her son Craig Allen. She is survived by her daughter Theresa McEntire; her sons Frederick Scurti and Michael L. Scurti (Kim); also her last surviving sister Barbara Howard in addition to 8 grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends. She is dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all.
JoAnn was known for her green thumb and love of gardening and the wonderful foods she baked. For the last many years, she was very active at her church home, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Ridgeview Ward where she served in many capacities including the children's nursery.
Funeral services in celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday October 28, 2025 at the graveside in the Garden of the Good Shepherd at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL with Bishopric David Newton officiating. Family members and friends will gather from 1:30 PM until the hour of service at the graveside.
