Charles married Dora Mooney, and she preceded him in death. Charles had no children of his own, but Dora had 2 children to remember him. Charles leaves behind Rodney Mooney and Robin Driggers, both reside in Holiday Island, AR. He also leaves behind 4 step grandchildren: Eryn Mooney, Dustin Mooney, Chris Wildre, and Jaime Spencer.
Charles was a gentle man and was well liked and well respected by all that knew him.
His cremains will be interred at the National Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida. He will be reunited with his beloved Dora on November 5, 2025.
