Joanne C. Factor, age 87, peacefully left this world on April 1, 2025, in the comfort of her home in South Bixby, Oklahoma. In her passing, she leaves behind a cherished legacy of love and devotion.
Born on December 20, 1937, in Morrow, Ohio, Joanne was the beloved daughter of Clarence and Irene (nee McIntosh) Reynolds. Throughout her life, she nurtured a deep passion for caring for others, dedicating many years as a nurse’s aide in home health care. Her empathetic nature and gentle spirit made her a beacon of hope and comfort to those she served.
Joanne is lovingly remembered by her children: Donna (John) Gilbert, Darlene Sevier,Diane Holliday, Dennis (Rebecca) Bowyer, Denise Bowyer, and Tammy (George) Johnson. She also embraced her stepchildren, LaDonna (Kevin) Tate, Thomas Factor, and Juanita (Stewart) Williams, as her own. Joanne's heart expanded with joy as she adored her 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, who were the center of her universe. She took immense pride in being an active part of their lives, happily attending their events and celebrating their achievements, always ready to lend a helping hand in their upbringing.
Joanne was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Sam Factor, her cherished daughter, Dana Bowyer, and her beloved stepchildren, Edward and Benjamin Factor. The bonds of family were paramount to her, and her enduring love will forever resonate within the hearts of those she leaves behind.
A visitation to honor Joanne's life will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with a service commencing at 12:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, located at 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040.
In remembrance of Joanne's beautiful spirit, we invite all who knew and loved her to celebrate the incredible life she lived, filled with compassion, laughter, and love. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
