Jocelyn Briana Pough-Lowman
Johnston, SC—A celebration of life service for Mrs. Jocelyn Briana Pough-Lowman, age 33, will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday October 21, 2025, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses Edgefield with Brother Freddie Stone officiating. Mrs. Lowman entered into rest on Tuesday October 14, 2025, at her residence. She was the wife of Mr. Bradley Lowman and the daughter of Mr. Russell Pough and Mrs. Debra Blakely Pough. Mrs. Lowman was born in Augusta, GA, and a lifelong resident of Johnston, SC. She was a Jehovah’s Witness and a member of the Kingdom Hall in Edgefield. Mrs. Lowman was a 2011 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School. She completed certification for her CNA at Augusta Technical College in 2011. She worked at Edgefield Post Acute Nursing Home, Self Regional Hospital Edgefield, as well as Wellstar-MCG Augusta. Her hobbies included singing and dancing and was a loving caregiver to many. Additional survivors include: two sons Brayden Jamaal Lowman, Johnston, and Brysen Antwuan Lowman, Johnston; one daughter Jailah Aubrionna Lowman, Johnston; one brother Phillip (Nicole) Russell Pough, and their daughter Sasha Nicole Pough, Greensboro, NC; paternal grandmother Eloise Pough Smith, Buford, GA; mother-in-law Geraldine Rolland, North Augusta; brother-in-law Justin Moton, Clinton, SC; four sisters-in-law Kimberly Moton, Jackson, Latoya Davis, North Augusta, Brittany Lowman, North Augusta, and Nichelle Lowman, Greenwood; a host of nieces and nephews; and many loving aunts, uncles, family and friends. Mrs. Lowman was preceded in death by: her maternal grandparents Willie and Myrtis Blakely; paternal grandfather James Henry Pough; and father-in-law James Moton. A visitation with the family will take place from 6-8 pm on Monday October 20, 2025, at COLE FUNERAL HOME 1544 UNIVERSITY PKWY (118 BYPASS) AIKEN, SC 29801 803-648-7175.
