Jodi Nicole Alexander, 43, of Greensburg, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born May 3, 1980, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Ronald Ray Stephens and Linda Sue (Bray) Stephens.  On July 21, 2007, she married Craig David Alexander, and he survives.

In addition to Craig, Jodi is survived by her mother of Columbus; father and step-mother, Connie, of Bedford; son, Issiah Kuntz of Greensburg; daughters, Hayleigh Kuntz and significant other, Brandon Becker, and Calleigh Alexander, both of Greensburg; brother, Drew Stephens of Bedford; sister, Jennifer Wiwi and husband, David, of Columbus; father-in-law, David Alexander and wife, Libby, of Greensburg; step-father-in-law, Steve Crisman of Shelbyville; aunt and uncle, Judy and Roger Clark; nephews, Benjamin Wiwi, Ethan Wiwi, Lane Wiwi, Nolan Stephens and Nash Stephens; and a very large loving family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jodi was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Donna Crisman.

In 1998, she graduated from Waldron High School.  She attended Ivy Tech College for nursing.

Jodi was a member of the Geneva United Methodist Church.

She was a physician’s assistant for an eye doctor.

Jodi enjoyed going shopping, singing, working crossword puzzles and spending time with her family.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm, Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.

Funeral services will be at 10 am, Friday, October 20, 2023, at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Lewis Creek Cemetery in Shelby County.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist medical and final expenses.
