Ms. Jodi Cobb James, 66, of North Augusta, South Carolina, entered into rest on Sunday March 15, 2026.
Born to the late Benjamin Cobb and Reita Posey Cobb, Jodi was a lifelong resident of the Graniteville area and a woman whose life was centered around faith, family, and the simple joys that brought her happiness.
Jodi was a member of First Baptist Church Graniteville. She had a deep love for animals, especially her cats, which brought her great comfort and companionship throughout her life. More than anything, Jodi cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
She also found great joy in life’s everyday moments—shopping trips, sharing meals, and spending meaningful time with her best friend of 63 years, Yvette. Their lifelong friendship was a treasured part of her story.
Jodi is survived by her loving children, Reid James and Zoi James (Brandon) Sizemore; her brother, Joseph Cobb; and her cherished grandchildren, Zandon and Saylor Sizemore.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Harper Faith Sizemore.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville, with Pastor Stephen Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until the time of service at the church.
Jackson Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with these arrangements.
