Jody L. Dietz

Jody Lee Dietz (nee Lynn), 67, passed away unexpectedly at home on November 14, 2024. Jody was born in Lewisburg, PA on January 14, 1957 and graduated from Milton High School in 1974. She graduated from Geisinger School of Nursing in 1976 and joined the Army Nursing Corps, serving until she was honorably discharged in 1984. Jody was a nurse for her entire career. Jody was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and cousin. She selflessly took care of so many in their times of need. Her compassion extended to her pets, and the many stray cats she rescued over the years.
Jody is survived by her husband of 39 years, Timothy Dietz, and their son Eric Dietz and his wife Amanda Gaynor of Lewisburg, her brother Terry Lynn of Milton, her sister Deborah Hoey of White Deer, her half-brother John "Orville" Doan of Milton, her niece and nephew Jody and Robert Hoey, and her dear grand-niece Miranda Smith, among many others. She is greatly missed by her beloved pets, Pax, Precious and Mystic.
