Dr. Joe Frank Arnold, 91, of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at The Birches at Villa Rica.

Joe was born August 10, 1934 in Parsons, Tennessee, the son of the late Leonard Warden Arnold and the late Mary Opal Thomas Arnold. He attended Parsons High School and after graduation, served in the US Army Security Service in Korea. He attended University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis and worked at the Georgia State Hospital in Milledgeville. He opened his own practice in Ben Hill community of West Atlanta in 1964 and moved to the West Georgia Family Dental Clinic in Douglasville in 1975. Joe enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, raising cattle and running a farm. He was an honest man and loving father and husband.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Myra Leigh Arnold Mote, sister Mary Lynn Bunch and brother, Thomas Warden Arnold.

Joe is survived by his wife, Betty Lou White Arnold of Villa Rica, sons, Chadwick Joseph Arnold and Bret Thomas Arnold, both of Villa Rica and sister, Carolyn Cooley in Parsons Tennessee. His many fine relatives all loved and respected him. He was the best father and husband anyone could hope for.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in his memory to: Alzheimer's Group of Carroll County, Inc., P.O. Box 1273, Carrollton, GA. 30112

The family will receive friends, Friday, February 6, 2026 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at J. Collins Funeral Home.

Memorial Service will be conducted Friday, February 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of J. Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Rich officiating.

In keeping with his wishes, he was cremated.
