Joe Barrett, 91, passed away on July 11, 2023. Joe is preceded in death by his loving wife Vera Mae.
Joe was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and of the Baptist faith. His family recalls his great love for all of them and will miss his dearly.
Joe is survived by his children Peggy, JoAnn, Denna, and Jerry; sister Annie Mae, along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held for Joe Barrett on Friday, July 14, 2023, at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Brandon Benefield and Rev. Radford Brownlee. The family will accept friends on Thursday, July 13, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and once again on Friday from 2:00 PM to the time of service.
Interment will follow at Haw Creek Baptist Church in Cumming, Georgia.
