Joe A. Bingham, 69, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away peacefully on the morning of January 28, 2026.

Born November 8, 1956, in Kittery, ME, he was a son of William T. and Louetta E. (Raudabaugh) Bingham.

Joe was a 1975 graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School. He attended the Franklin County Career and Technology Center where he studied Graphic Arts. He made this a career, culminating with his retirement from Shippensburg University in May 2025. In his spare time he enjoyed model car and airplane building, collecting various diecast cars, working on and detailing the family vehicles and enjoying his grandchildren.

Joe is survived by his wife of 48 years, Connie Sue (Helm) Bingham; children, Travis A. (Cortney) Bingham of Chambersburg, PA and Tyler A. Bingham of Somerset, PA, grandchildren, Emmersyn L. and Benson S. Bingham, and siblings Wilma L. (Jeffrey) Krepps of Gettysburg, PA and William L. (Lorrie) Bingham of Chambersburg as well as many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by two grandchildren, Baby B. and Maggie June Bingham.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
