Joe C.C Forlines Jr., 79, of Akron went home to be with the Lord April 22, 2025. A native of West Virginia, Joe was a life resident of Akron.
He was the owner of Forlines & Sons Concrete Co. His concrete work is everywhere in Summit Co. Joe was active in every organization to which he belongs. He was a member of Clinton Lodge #47 F & AM, Yusef Khan Grotto, A.A.S.R Valley of Akron, Tadmor Shrine and it's Directors Staff, ROJ Court #80. Joe was also a member of Portage Lakes Sportsman Club, Army & Navy Union #250, American Legion #449, VFW #3383, FOPA #6 and Eagles #555.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Sr, and Dorothy; daughter's, Christy and Elizabeth. He is survived by his son, Joe IV (Laura) Forlines; grandchildren, Joe V, Grace, Haley and Jimmy; sisters, Dorothy Brown and Diana Early, cousins and a host of friends.
Per Joe's request cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
In lieu of flowers for those that wish, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Joe.
