 Joe Manuel Jaure was born in Rawlins, Wyoming to Susie Carrasco and Manuel Jaure who both preceded him in death. Joe had 10 sisters and 4 brothers. Catherine Eck, Vivian Roberts, Bette Smith, Mannie Smith, Tao Jaure, Irene Martinez, Elena Jaure, Rosie Jaure, Patsy Caudillo, Christy Jaure, Jimmy Jaure, and 3 that passed before him, Frank Jaure, Johnny Jaure and Theresa Jaure. 

He lived in Rawlins with his parents and his father’s parents until he was about 5. He then Moved to Riverton with his mother’s parents where he stayed until he was 15. He left home to go to work. 

His first family he had 5 children, Dewi Jaure, Lila Hursh, Joe Jaure, Jesse Jaure and Linda Mcintyer. Jesse and Lila have passed away. He had a son Monty Roberts Jaure, his second family and a son Mario Jaure was born. His third family, JoAnn Shryack with who he married and loved being Pepe to her three kids, Zeb Carrick, Kalli Arriola, Jake Carrick and her three grandkids. Eva, Vida, and Penelope. 

He had numerous grandkids, great grandkids, and a few great great grandkids. Plus numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

He was a construction worker. He learned to drill with his brother-in-law Sam Roberts. He worked for Roberts Drilling off and on over 20 years. He was a underground uranium miner for years. He went to work for Mr. & Mrs. H.A. (Dave) True as a security guard for several years. While working for the Trues he started a lawn business which he loved doing. His health finally at the age of 87 kept him from doing what he loved most. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Hanger, 1410 Prairie Lane in Bar Nunn, Wyoming on June 21, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
