Tommy was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Myrtle Livingston, and sister Ann Reagan. He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Dean Livingston, daughter Alisha Livingston Butler (Tim) son, Ron Livingston (Karla) grandchildren Alex Solesbee (Shelby), Zachary, Cole, and Adam Livingston, Joe, and Elizabeth Vine Butler.
The family will receive friends at Olive Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Tommy's Celebration of Life will begin at 2:30 PM. The burial service will be at Live Oak Memorial Park Cemetery on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
