oe McNamee, born on December 14, 1950, in Vian, Oklahoma, passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of 73. Joe was a dedicated and passionate man, known for his love of trucking, the open road, and the countless people he met along his journey. As the proud owner of JJ Mack Transportation, LLC, he worked hard and was committed to building his business.

A trucker at heart, Joe’s love for trucks went far beyond just driving them. He thrived on working on them, solving mechanical problems, and keeping them in peak condition. His passion wasn’t limited to hauling freight or working at the oil wells. Joe was a familiar face, often frequenting local businesses and always ready with a kind word and a friendly smile. More than just a business owner, Joe was a great customer, a trusted colleague, and a cherished friend to many in the trucking industry.

His generosity was boundless, especially when it came to his trucks. Joe was always willing to lend a hand to fellow truckers, whether by recovering loads, making late-night drops, or helping stranded drivers in need. His dedication extended not only to his work but to the people he served, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

Outside of his career, Joe enjoyed fishing and football, but his true passion remained with his trucks. He was a man of both action and heart, and his absence will be deeply felt by all whose lives he touched.

Joe’s legacy will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, fellow truckers, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Rest in peace, Joe, as you take your final ride down the eternal highway.
