Joe Mullard, 79, of Cabot, AR, formerly of Decatur, MI passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 in Cabot, AR. He was born September 1, 1945 in Paw Paw, MI to Harry and Georgia (Underwood) Mullard.
The family will receive guests from 12pm until time of memorial celebration at 2pm, Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Newell Chapel, 83313 M-51, Decatur, with Pastor Mark Roberts officiating.
Joe loved the great outdoors, which showed in his wildlife carvings and paintings. You could often find him camping or canoeing, enjoying nature. He also had a knack for building furniture. Joe also enjoyed volunteering his time as a school mentor for many years.
Joe will be missed by his children, Eric (Mayuree) Mullard, and Andrew Mullard; his grandchildren, Alrdee Jones, Alexander Mullard, Courtierya Mullard, Willard Mullard, and Jennifer Mullard; and his siblings, Harry (Karen) Mullard and Jennie (the late Philip) Crawford.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Ralph (the late Bonnie) Mullard; his parents.

My dear friend....I will miss you...you are in my heart . The kindness, the love, the patience..... for everyone.... strangers became Joe's friend, he shared stories with me, while I shared my dog Prince with him! A wonderful person: we shall all miss. Alex he loved you dearly.... that's a fact. RIP my dear friend Joe
