It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mr. Joe E. Quiller who entered into rest April 28, 2023.
Mr. Quiller was a 1968 graduate of Jefferson High School. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of Mealing Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He was the owner of Quiller Press Repair.
Survivors include a son, Joe Quiller, Jr.; two daughters, Sherika Baskett and Sharka (Tremaine) Hart; adopted daughter, Jessica (Joe) Gonzalez; three brothers, Tommy Bright, Earnest "Bobby" Quiller, and Willine "Flip" (Willie) Quiller; two sisters, Mattie Schoultz and Hester Stone; nine grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, May 12, 2023 at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church with the Rev. G. L. Brightharp officiating. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Professional Services are under the care of G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary-North Augusta.
