Joe Keith Stephens, of Duncan, was born in Gainesville, Texas to Billy Joe and Patricia Gayle (Turner) Stephens on February 28, 1974. At the age of 51, he passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
