He gave a helping hand to those in need and helped many family and friends.
Family wishes to thank all those who cared for Pappy Joe at Harmony Comfort Care and Morgantown Amedysis Hospice; and the First United Bank and Trust employees who sometimes went out of their way to help. Blessings to them all.
Per his wishes, there will not be a funeral or memorial services. His wish was to be buried at Arlington National Cemetery, being handled by Hastings Funeral Home in Morgantown and online condolences may be made at www.hastingsfuneralhome.com.

I will miss Joe. I was one of many First United employees who helped Joe. He was funny and didn´t even know it. I will be one of many to miss him.
