The family of Joe Bailey Thompson of Uvalde, Tx is saddened to announce his passing on December 4th, 2024 at the age of 76 years.Joe is survived and will be remembered by his children Estela, David, Arthur, Hopie, Lydia, Theresa and Patricia. Joe’s many grandchildren and great grandchildren will miss and remember their Grandpa Joe. Along with his brother, Tommy. Our dad sadly loved the Dallas Cowboys but redeemed himself by supporting and loving the Texas Longhorns. He loved football and loved to talk about football. He enjoyed hunting but not when his chatter box kids would go hunting with him. Our dad was a simple man with a big heart. He loved to get phone calls from his kids and always ended each call with I love you, tell my grandkids I love them. Our dad will be missed everyday. A private viewing service is being held for his children and grandchildren at the family’s request.
