Joetta Eardley Hadley passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 61 on March 4, 2024 surrounded by close family members after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born on August 24, 1962. She married the love of her life, Lex Ray Hadley, on February 8, 1984. They were married for forty years and had four beautiful children: Coby Lex Hadley, Jayke Kyle Hadley, Jesse Ray Hadley, and JamieJo Hadley Willson. They raised their family in Hooper, Utah.

She moved to Ogden to attend Weber State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Administrative Systems and a Business Minor. She worked for seven years at Weber State University, seven years at Thiokol Corporation, and twenty-six years at Williams International.
She had many interests and talents. She loved watching her children and grandchildren participate in their sports and activities. She loved doing things with her hands like refinishing old furniture, redecorating her home, crocheting, embroidering, sewing, camping, and Dutch oven dinners in the mountains. She also loved visiting with her friends and family, but being a mother and grandmother were the most prized roles in her life.
