Born in Cumberland County he is the son of Sally Caulder and the late Billy Caulder.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his companion, Teresa Worrell; brother, Billy Ray Caulder; sister in law, Melissa Locklear; nephew, Cha Chavis; niece Christina Caulder; great nephew, Kayden Stewart.
Joey loved golf, Nascar racing, basketball and football.
He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
