John Agan Obituary

Born March 19, 1932 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Edwin and Maysel F. (Bowers) Agan.
He was a retired employee of the United Parcel Service, a member of the Okeechobee Christian Church, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He served during the Korean War as a Quartermaster 3 in the U.S. Navy and had been a resident of Okeechobee, Florida since 1988, formerly of Salem.
1955 he married Phyllis Ann (Mitchell) Agan, who passed away June 15, 2006.
Survivors include:
Son: Jay D. Agan of Okeechobee, Florida and 7 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 1 son: Jeffery Neal Agan.
Funeral Service: 10:30 am Monday at Dawalt Funeral Home, followed by interment in Crown Hill Cemetery.
