Obituary of John Allen

John Allen

John Allen, 80, of Gilbertsville, PA passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 8, 1945, the son of the late Frederick and the late Catherine (Coulter) Allen.

He owned the Fountain Street Pub in Roxborough.

He was t he hu s band of the former Jean C. Ambusavage.

John is survived by his wife, Jean Allen Gilbertsville; son, John (Laura) Allen Fleetwood; daughter, Kim Marie (Ken) Graber Palm; two sisters, Catherine Hochstuhl and Bernadette Allen; 2 grandsons, Keith Michael and Kevin Scott; and one great-grandson, Alexander Jordan.

His Funeral Service w ill be held Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA. Friends ma y call on Thursday, July 31, 2025 fr om 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the funeral home.

Int erment will take place in Hillside Cemetery.

I am SO SORRY to hear this !! So many GREAT MEMORIES of John and the WHOLE ALLEN FAMILY! . What a wonderful thoughtful man! My thoughts and prayers are with Family and friends -during this MOST DIFFICULT TIME!!! R.I.P. John
