John Augustino Obituary

John L. Augustino, age 80, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2026. He was born on September 30, 1945.

John is survived by his beloved wife, Regina Augustino; his children Jean Marie (Andrew) Farkas, Louis Augustino, John Oponik, and Natisha (Edward) Ross; his cherished grandchildren AJ Oponik, Carter Oponik, Andrew Farkas, Noelle Ross, and Noah Ross. He is also survived by his brother Thomas (Patti) Augustino; his loyal and loving pup Ava; many cousins, nieces and nephews; and countless friends whose lives he touched.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Rita Augustino, and his parents, Louis and Rose Augustino.

John was proud to be an architect, a profession that reflected his creativity, intellect, and passion for building things that lasted. He loved baseball, treasured time spent with his family, and was well known for his ability to lovingly "create chaos" wherever he went-always with humor, heart, and unmistakable charm.

John will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his larger-than-life presence, quick wit, and unwavering love for those closest to him.
