John Bellegue II, age 62, of Freehold, NJ, passed away on September 3, 2025. Born in 1962 in Flushing, Queens, New York, John brought light and energy into every space he entered-whether through the sparks of his electrical work, the beats of his DJ sets, or the warmth of his cooking.

John was the beloved son of Beverly Calabrese, and a cherished brother to Michelle Silva and Deborah Halbisen. He is survived by his mother, his two sisters, and his three children: Taylor Ann Bellegue, John Bellegue III, and Kale Bellegue. His family and friends knew him as someone who could fix anything, spin the perfect track for any moment, and whip up a meal that made you feel at home.

A talented electrician by trade, John's work was marked by precision, pride, and a deep sense of responsibility. Outside of work, his creativity flourished-he was known for his impressive DJ skills and culinary flair, often turning gatherings into unforgettable celebrations.

John's legacy lives on in the laughter he sparked, the meals he shared, and the music he loved. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Let us gather to celebrate a life well-lived, and to carry forward the joy and connection John gave so freely. To leave a condolence, visit www.freemanfuneralhomes.com.
