Visitation Monday, November 25, 2024 from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.; Funeral service Tuesday, November 26, 2024 11:00 a.m. at Curley Funeral Home, 6116 W. 111th St., Chicago Ridge. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516, would be appreciated. My sympathies to Nancy and the Benoit family. I have not seen John in many years since moving to St. Louis but have many memories of John in our teens and twenties. Can't narrow it down to one event since it was always an adventure being with John from being his helper on the rug truck and time spent at Genoa park to standing up in his and Nancy's wedding. Never a dull moment spent with John.
