John Paul Booth was born May 2, 2002, and passed away July 9, 2025, at the age of 23.
In Loving Memory of JP Booth
JP Booth, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away leaving behind a legacy as unique and impactful as the life he lived.
He is survived by his loving mother, Dawn Booth; his father, Paul Booth; and his brother, Miles Booth and sister-in-law Isabella Booth. He was preceded in death by cherished members of the Booth and Treese families.
JP was a true original - entrepreneurial in spirit, endlessly creative, and a passionate collector. A multi-talented musician, he expressed himself through music as well as through the many ventures he built from the ground up. He was a one-of-one, self-made individual with a heart that overflowed with kindness and generosity.
A true foodie, JP found joy in sharing meals and making memories with the people he loved. He was grounded, real, and authentic - someone who made others feel seen and valued. He lived for meaningful connection, quality time with family and friends, and giving back to others.
JP was a family man and a quiet philanthropist who gave generously to his community. His compassion extended to all living beings - he had a special love for animals and was known for his unwavering dedication to helping those in need.
Above all, JP lived with love - for life, for people, and for the world around him.
Loved all and loved by all.
Cremation was entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. 4th Street, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
