John Burrows Obituary
Evansville - John W. Burrows, 55, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021, at his home.
John was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 28, 1965, to the late James Sr. and Kathryn (Endsley) Burrows. He was a graduate of Bolingbrook High School where he lettered four years in varsity soccer. John was a soccer fanatic for the rest of his life. He loved the English Premier League, especially the Liverpool Football Club. John went on to earn his bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from SIU-Carbondale. He worked for Harshaw Trane for over 20 years. John was extraordinarily dedicated to his customers and coworkers and treated them all like family. John was generous beyond belief, had a wonderful sense of humor, and will be dearly missed.
John is survived by his sister, Cynthia Burrows of Palatine, IL; brothers, James Burrows, Jr. (Tina) of Fishersville, VA and Dan Burrows (Debra) of Naperville, IL; nieces and nephews, Kevin Burrows (Mary), Jillian VanderMeeden (Evan), Brian Burrows (Andrea), Jennifer Burrows, Michael Burrows (Dana), and Caitlin Nelson (Tucker); and by several great-nieces and great-nephews.
A private burial will be held at a later date at Bethlehem Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
