John Charles Irish III, beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on September 19, 2024, in Corona California. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and was the son of John Charles Irish Jr. and Arneta Geraldine Keller.
John proudly served in the US Navy from 1965 to 1967, an experience that shaped his career and instilled a strong sense of duty. He later graduated from Ramona High School in Riverside, California, in 1964. For 32 years, he worked as an engineer for Pacific Bell, taking early retirement at the age of 45 but continuing to share his expertise as an independent contractor for many years.

A devoted father, John cherished his role as a parent and was immensely proud of his family. He is survived by his daughters, Tracy Inman and Brandy Wilkes; his son-in-law, Rick Inman; five wonderful grandchildren, Savannah Wilkes, Sydnee Roe, Dallas Dudley, Delanee Inman, and Aidan Inman; his grandsons-in-law, Joshua Roe and Jeffrey Dudley and soon to be John Flaherty; his great grandchildren, Goldie and Cruise Roe; as well as his sister, Jill Irish, and nephew, John Walters.

John will be remembered as a hard-working, smart, funny, thoughtful and decent man loved by so many. A friend to the end, he found joy in the company of others and will be deeply missed.

A Military Honors Service will be held at Riverside National Cemetery on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 10:45 AM followed by a celebration of life immediately after at Hangar 24 in Riverside California
