John “Jack” Clark, 63, of Decatur went to be with his Lord Monday, December 15th, 2025 at his home surrounded by loved ones.
Visitation is 6-7:00 p.m. Friday, December 19th at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
John was born August 3rd, 1962 to Joseph and Marion (Brown) Clark in Norwood, Massachusetts. He was united in marriage December 28th, 2004 to Audria Shaw in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. John graduated Foxboro High School, he was Senior Manager at CVS Health for many years in the store layout department. John was a Baptist and a member of Immanuel Baptist. He was a beloved husband, father, brother and friend to many who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Marion Clark; and a brother, Robert Clark.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 21 years, Audria Shaw Clark of Decatur; his son, Andrew Joseph “AJ” Clark; his daughter, Samantha Clark; brothers, Joseph Clark and wife Darlene, Thomas Clark and partner Meredith; a sister, Virginia Openshaw; a sister-in-law, Patricia Clark; extended family and a host of friends.
