John is survived by his loving wife, Marie (Spampinato) Colangelo; children, Joanne (Dallas) Miller and Mario (Jennifer) Colangelo; grandsons, Nicholas (Courtney) Colangelo, Phillip Reid (Danielle) Colangelo; great-grandsons, Bode and Westin Colangelo; sisters, Mickie (Ron) Mitchell, Isabell Kearney, Delores Colangelo; sister-in-law, Antoinette Colangelo; brother-in-law, James (Marilyn) Spampinato; sister-in-law, Gabriella (Robert) Matassa; and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service Mass will be held Friday, June 6, at 10am at St Paul's Roman Catholic Church, 783 Hard Road, Webster. Interment will be held privately at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. To share a memory or condolence with the family, visit www.anthonychapels.com.
